Social Media & Digital Marketing Strategy for Auburn Abroad

This project highlights my ongoing work supporting Auburn Abroad’s social media and digital marketing efforts, with a focus on student-centered storytelling and visual consistency. I contribute to content strategy, design, and execution across platforms, balancing informational posts with engaging, story-driven content. My role involves developing campaigns, designing graphics, and shaping a cohesive brand presence that resonates with prospective and current students. This work reflects a long-term, adaptable approach to social media—rooted in strategy, creativity, and audience awareness.

Strategy & Brand Voice

Working within a university setting meant that overall branding and visual guidelines were established by the Office of Communications and Marketing. The challenge was to develop a distinct voice and visual identity for our office while remaining aligned with a broader institutional system. This required balancing creativity with consistency—finding ways to differentiate Auburn Abroad without disrupting the university’s cohesive brand structure. It became a strategic and rewarding exercise in building personality within established parameters.
